What counts as a conversation?

A conversation starts when a visitor sends their first message and ends when the chat session closes (after 30 minutes of inactivity). All messages within that session count as one conversation. The $299/month plan includes unlimited conversations.

Can I update the concierge's knowledge?

Yes. We can re-crawl your website anytime and add new documents, FAQs, or custom Q&A pairs. Knowledge updates are included in the monthly plan.

Do I need technical skills?

Not at all. We handle the entire setup. You just paste one line of code on your website (or we can do it for you). The dashboard is designed for non-technical users.
